Pond bummer...or not?

That big cat came out of a ~3/4 of an acre tank that was all but dry 8 years ago. Tail isn't round like a bullhead, too big to be a channel, not a blue....??

Looks to me like a blue that is more brown. Haha I don’t know man. I know when channel cats get real big they typically lose there spots tho. That could be a massive channel cat
