Motor fired right up. Carbs need adjusted a bit, its idling high but fired right off.

Awesome! Be sure he replaces that impeller even if it is pushing water through. I would replace plugs and run some seafoam through it before even thinking about taking the carb apart. Also would change the lower unit oil before lake testing.
