How high in the air is your deer stand?

I am about to start building a new deer stand and am going to put it 6ft in the air. Got me wondering, "how high in the air does everyone else have theirs?"

1’ but in my area for a rifle stand lower the better. For
Bow hunting I use leaners or tripods

Around 5 ft off the ground

Both of mine are 12’ to the bottom of the floor.

My deer stand is about 16” of the ground now. When I was in my early twenties it was 18’ to the floor. I still see the same things.

4' to the floor. My spot doesn't need any higher. I have been 12' at other places I have hunted.

My old stand was 50’. Now it’s 8’.

On second thought, I do have a tripod that is 6’.

I have a 5, 6 and 8 foot.

Considered going 8ft, but where we hunt i gain nothing by the extra 2 feet really. And 6ft tall to bottom of stand is little cheaper

Krivoman bow blinds are on the ground and all gun blinds are sitting on cinder blocks.

Most of my box blinds are at 8 foot floor level
Also have 1 at 6 foot and 1 at 1.5 foot
I’ve taken deer from all 3 different height
The taller floor heights make it easier to get away with some movements in box blind
