Dang I hate how hard sometimes companies make it just to find out some simple information.... I contacted them about getting text message transcripts, just my out going messages.... and was told it would take a lawyer and a suponea... Thats crazy, all I wanted was a copy of the messages that were sent from my phone...

I too hat AT&T! I decided to change from DirectTV to AT&T Uverse. They were supposed to come yesterday between 12-2. I finally called at 3:00. sat on hold until 4:15. They said I'm still on the schedule... The guy calls at 6:00. Says, he's almost done and will come afterwards. He was going to call when he was on his way. No call, no new cable. Very irritating. I wasted a whole Saturday waiting on these people.

You should do some work for them. They have a 90 day pay. That's a long time to wait for your money. Try to get away with that on your phone bill. You wouldn't have a phone.Comment
