      All it takes is a couple of swallers. Been using pickle juice most of my life. We just don't keep pickles because we don't eat them very often.

                      Coconut water does the same for you. Plus it super hydrates your body. Has more potassium than bananas as well.
                      Does it cause the runs like coconut milk does?

                      Pickle juice works and is also great to make a really good margarita with.

                              We have been keeping jars of pickled okra and pickles in the cooler along with water and gatorade. Drink lots of water and then occasional gatorade and would eat a couple pickles every couple hours. No issues with cramps
