On a home that size, should be just a couple days if they move as fast as the spray foam crew we use moves. At most 3 days.Comment

U mentioned u wanted reclaimed beams well ill recommend something better-
Ur trusses remind me of mine.. I stained mine with a tannin weatherwood..I think your place would look great with the same and its essentially the same as reclaimed but with cheaper tag
