2nd day is over at Noon

I was waiting on a warthog to turn and the PH told me not to shoot because wildebeest were coming in. Warthog turned broadside and I said I have the shot and I am taking it. He said no.. look at this wildebeest coming.

Needless to say I listened to him.


This sit we saw Sable, Red Hartebeast, Kudu, blesbuck, warthog

Buddy shot a nice cull Nyala and a blesbuck.

Spent the night in Johannesburg at the Afton House. Nice place, great food and service. Waiting on the outfitter to pick us up to make the 3hr drive to camp.

Afton house was ok.. not as friendly or welcoming as I would have expected from the folks that had stayed prior.

Lucky enough to take an old broken horn Gemsbuck today.

Only a warthog left on my list. Might do some jackal hunting and trying to spot/stalk another impala.
