Another House Build Thread!

We built our dream home 5 years ago. I have discovered several things that I messed up on when planning the house. Be cognizant of which way the doors swing. If the builder offers advice take it. I didn't....he has built 200 houses this was my first and only....he was right. The timeline b.s. will make you crazy. Last minute changes can be expensive. I paid dearly for crown moldings and raised panel cabinet doors. If you have any questions along the way shoot me a pm.

What is the flooring in the kitchen? Tell me about those cabinets.

The flooring is tile that looks like wood. The cabinets are all knotty alder stained with Pecan stain from SW.
