Every article i read regarding Tesla and Musk share the same two sentiments... "Musk is a innovator and genius" & "tesla, spacex and his other ventures are burning through insane amounts of capital..with no real roi in sight yet...."
that only goes on ...so far.. before .....flame out...
..and keeping it pertinent to the OP.. that might have some bearing on the longevity of the company and its warranty/service plans.

So overall it wasn’t/ isn’t to bad of a deal. I’d basically be paying what I am now. Pretty clean swap.
