    Elderberry trees

I’m looking into buying a few elderberry trees in the San Marcos area. Any advice or recommendations?

    Nope. Looks promisingly theraputic.

    Good luck.

Just googled it, think I'll be on the lookout as well.
I'm also going to get a Pakistani mulberry.

I have one about 40 ft tall You can have it if you dig it up. Also they attract deer and birds. Did I say birds, lots of bird poop also !!!!

Had two and cut both down. The birds just about painted my truck purple!

Appreciate the heads up. I was hoping to pick enough to make jam, wine or juice. Is that not a realistic expectation with 1 tree?

They're super easy to propagate. Find one on the side of the road and transplant it. We're covered up in them now. Same for mulberries.
