I am looking at getting new tires for my mower. I purchased this second hand. the specs for the mower show it needs 10" wheels also specifying a 20x10-10 tire. currently there are 3 different size tires on this mower (3 wheel 2wd hydraulic driven) all on 8" wheels. Can I put a 20x10-8 tire and get the same clearance as a 20x10-10 tire. the way I understand it is the only difference is the opening in the center for the wheel. a 20" tire will set the mower the same height off the ground, there would just be more or less rubber between the rim and the outside of the tire depending on which rim you go with, Right? I think I have successfully thought my self confused
