Ok my dad bought a little Toyota off a guy a few years backs long story short I’m wanting to buy it from him, but it doesn’t have a title. The owner no longer rents at the location. How do i go about finding a title? So i can get it registered etc.

Are you saying "it has no title" as in one was not issued, or your dad lost the title, or your dad bought it without getting a title?
I would go to the tax assessor's office with the VIN and ask them what they need. Perhaps they will tell you the registered owner's name so you can contact him/her to have them sign a title app. May have to first have them get a duplicate/lost title.
You need to make sure there was no lien on the title when your dad bought it.Comment
