What happened?

I am getting married June 23 and every week for the past ten years somebody posts on here that they started their divorce. Kinda freakin' me out a little.

We will celebrate 40 years on June 23 ourselves. No, its not easy and yes, it is hard work and that's what it is...work. But OH what a journey its' been and I couldn't have been blessed with a better partner.

What happened?

Like some of the other guys said, its a choice. Sometimes not the one you even want, but based on the other party's choices. It takes hard work by both people involved, and its not always easy. So even if you are willing to fight for it every day, give a good log think to whether your bride to be will. Pick up the book Love and Respect while your at it, and go hrough it woth your wife.

Me and my wife went through a really rough time after my son was born and I almost had to kick her on back home. Nothing much i could do without her making better choices. If you can fight through the days you get treated like crap, you can make it work.
