Anyone use the plastic restore products?

I bought my boy a PW80 for his Bday and the plastics are faded thought I would try the restore stuff before I bought new ones.

Heat gun.....go slow and take your time.

Mine drain that fuel tank unless you already filled it up with diesel

Try some steel wool or scotch bright and wet sand then use turtle wax compound/wax combo worked for me on a red plastic atv

I saw that on the tube. Was trying not to remove all the stickers.
I will probably get him new plastic but just wanted it to look better for his birthday on Saturday.

I'd just Armour-all the heck out of it then.

Buy some new decals, then use the heat gun when time permits.

Hope he enjoys it. Wish I would have gotten into riding at a younger age

I bought some kind of restore product and used on the hood of my Kubota tractor and did a good job. Can't remember the name of it but probably got it at Lowes.
