Need GS help identifying something in a vehicle

Picked up a used truck this morning and it has this thing in the headliner that I have never seen. It is a plastic oval covering a circuit board. Appears to have about 6-8 led lights. The cover is actually kinda see through and is a translucent purple.
We have no idea what this thing is. I have never seen a fast pass for a freeway that isn’t on the windshield. I know someone on the green screen knows what it is, and if not we’ll laugh at the responses!! We have ruled out spy cam. Listening device is still on the table.

Have no clue. It is aftermarket and screwed into the headliner. We thought GPS, wi-fi, alarm sensor????? Nothing else in the truck, so if it was connected to something, it was removed
