Do Dat is back!
If you are anywhere close to Nacogdoches Saturday go by the Expo Center. The Do Dat BBQ is back. For those that don't know what that is, it is a BBQ cookoff contest- you pay one fee at the gate and get to walk around and sample from all the teams. I used to cook in it years ago- once won first in Pork. Anyway, the father of one of the girls in our accounting department is cooking- he catered a bbq dinner for our place of work not long back and his brisket was better that anything the BBQ joints here in town sell.
