    Free Ranging Red Deer

3 Hinds and a Stag a couple miles from my place in SW Coleman County.
I think they jumped a high fence a mile from where I spotted them.
Sorry I didn't have my camera magnifier with me but in person it was clear what they were.
Bonus points for guessing the soundtrack in the background.

A buddy of mine has a lease outside Adamsville. He had a few on his place this year.

There is a herd of 30 or so here in Henderson County. They roam on my bosses land occasionally. I keep wishing they would scatter out but in 3 yrs watching them they stay in a 1 mile range. Couple stud stags in the group!

I hunted a high fence place in Harper that had some monsters, would love to hunt those some day.

I paid to hunt one a few years ago and it was 400 lbs of the tastiest venison I've ever had.

Deerplanter you are correct... only the best western EVER!

There's some in southern Young County that a buddy occasionally sees on his place. Apparently, they are quite tasty.
