You cook it in the same smoker as 1 rack of pork ribs and 1 brisket. Preferably right beneath the brisket. After it reaches temperature, pull it out, wrap it in foil, let it sit for an hour and then throw it away and eat the good stuff.
Sneaky has a whole thread. I love the ground meat and make several kinds of sausage out of them. I absolutely love the meat as hamburgers/sliders, meatballs for spaghetti. The sausage is good anytime.
Sneaky don’t let any of those fools waste that ram meat. The way you and I cook it, I’d never let it go to waste. It’s delicious.

I went on a hunt in April with my brother. We each took a ram and brought home the meat. The others (there were 10-12 in camp) just shot them for the trophy. If i noticed before the meat spoiled, i would have saved more of it. We were labeled “the coon*****es” in camp because we kept the meat. I love the sausage we had made from it
