When practice goes bad (bow hunting related!)

    If you practice poor shooting, you’ll just ingrain bad habits. I say call it a day and do something else you enjoy. If you notice a specific problem, make note of it and the next time you practice you might do some specific things to strengthen the right habits to avoid the problem you were having.

    I’ve tried continuing to shoot when it ain’t working out, it typically just makes things worse for me not better.

      When I have a bad day I quit right there. I've tried to continue and fix my issues but it gets worse instead of better.

        I agree with Fushndude, stop with the groups and shoot a single arrow and take your time, might of been poor anchor or inconsistent grip. Sometimes I’ll step away from shooting for a week or so and only practice with a training aid for my release and form.
