Water well pump capacitor

I hope someone can tell me how this capacitor should be wired. It came off a 220v sta rite jet pump. My dad took it off, then he got sick. Now he doesn't remember how it was wired. It has two yellow, wires and one white with a red stripp. The photo that is attached is one that I found on the internet while researching my problem. It is exactly like the components of our pump.

Surely someone out there knows about pumps.

Got a pump model # and make? that's where I would start. With that info, shouldn't be too hard tracking down a wiring diagram.
