Now it just says that you can’t drive on the left side of the roadway within 100 feet on an approach to an intersection. Whether a driver is passing or not is not an issue but he still can’t drive to the left while approaching an intersection. It seems line they removed the word passing to make the offense easier to prove.
^^^^This. If I remember correctly you can't pass within 100 feet of a bridge, viaduct, tunnel, railroad track grade or crossing, or marked intersection.
