Sent them a Check for $250 and my old camera in Mid December 2017.

Called a few times and emailed them, the response is we don’t have them yet maybe FEB, then maybe March now it’s April. Has anyone else had this issue?

If I had known it would take 5 mons to get it I would have waited 5 mons.

I am waiting on two replacements since Feb. been told the same thing. Kind of concerning that they have no 2018 model cameras and you can’t find a solar panel.

My luck has always been great with them. Have had 4 over the years. Sorry to hear you've had a rough experience...
