Decent Deal on Cabin

I peruse land sale sites quite a bit and found this one that someone might be interested in. It’s closer to DFW than it is to me! Looks like a decent deal if the cabin is in okay shape. I imagine they’d come off of it some.

That would probably be a good area for a bowhunter.

I saw hardwoods with no leaves, but I didn't see any dead pines.

Nice place with lots of national forest to hunt. No idea about the hunting there though. Also, it has been almost two hours and no one has asked if that is Mrs. John Jr. in the picture of the best team in real estate. If it is, she probably gets some crazy looks when she introduces herself.
