My dad passed away this morning.

Dad lived a good long Christian life. This morning he passed on and is with my mother again. Curtis Oscar Meier was a WWII veteran and served in the U.S. Navy on board the U.S.S. Pine island. Pop was a hard working and loving father. Not much on the outdoors, baseball was his passion. He played semi-pro back in the 1950's and coached little league for about 20 years. Love ya Pop! Give mom a hug and kiss for me. He was 91 years old.

Prayers for you and your family. I nearly lost mine a few months ago, and I am so dreading the day. Sounds like he lived a good, long, awesome life! Cherish the memories!
