problem with peep

how do you fix your peep sight if the string is in your line of vision?....the strings are served on both ends too. thanks for any help that can be offered.

Since you just bought a new bow I'd shoot it for ~200 shots and then worry about fine tuning the peep. For now just turn your loop the opposite direction the peep is twisting and it will "true" your peep.
It will take a few shots to get it just right.

If you're shooting off the string then you can give the peep a good twist in the opposite direction between each shot until your string is "settled" in.

Once it is settled in you'll need to put twist in our out of the string 1/2 turn at a time. OR start swapping strands from one side of the peep to the other.

Take it to the bow shop and let them put it on the press and twist the string. I've had a rough time with my peep on my XT this year. I've had to do it twice this season alone. Sure is annoying.

I had the same problem, plus since I didnt really care for the peep I had a new one put on. If it really bothers you have your bowshop put on one with a tube, it pulls back and lines up straight everytime, I mean everytime. Hope that helps.
