What’s wrong?
It’s working but motor isn’t spinning output shaft.

Check Fuse First. If Fuse is Good Them Check Motor. Only two things it could Be

a) bad motor
b) Bad battery
c) operator error
d) bad motor and bad batter and operator error
e) sun spots

Direct wire from the battery to the motor and if it spins it would be a timer issue. If not then motor or battery.
