Check Fuse First. If Fuse is Good Them Check Motor. Only two things it could Be

a) bad motor
b) Bad battery
c) operator error
d) bad motor and bad batter and operator error
e) sun spots

5 year warranty on them. Customer service for them has been great to me

My bet is low voltage on the battery or bad motor.

One of these two is the problem but my money is on low voltage battery.

Direct wire from the battery to the motor and if it spins it would be a timer issue. If not then motor or battery.
