Fished landcut Thurs. Fri. And Sat. There were a few drum on the west bank flats and reds in the hole late afternoon on cocohos and gulps under popping cork. 8 of us in 3 boats. We probably ended up with 20 drum and 15 reds.Did tag 3 reds to 31". Buddys son caught this 44" in the channel on the west back. It was released.

We were right by the campus I’m surprised we didn’t see him. Fished top waters till about 9 and had one blow up. I switched to a gold spoon and caught one rat red. Saw red tailing all around me but couldn’t get them to bite. So cast netted some finger mullet and almost instantly hooked up. That’s what the rest of fish were caught on was mullet. They didn’t seem interested in artificials.
