I am firing up my UDS tomorrow afternoon. Going to smoke a brisket for Easter Sunday.
Going to try something new for supper tomorrow night: smoked hamburgers.
Going to mix venison with some ground beef. Gonna smoke at 275 for about 1-1.5hrs.
Also going to smoke a big pan of baked beans for Saturday and Sunday.
Anybody do smoked burgers before?
