    So I got rained out from work and decided to jump on dinner. Pulled out Nilgai shanks, let’s see how this goes

                    Turned out great!! Cut up and put on flour tortillas w/cilantro, onions and homemade hot sauce!!(forgot to take pic of tacos, was too hungry)Delicious, I’ll definitely do again

                          It slow cooked for 7hrs on low setting. Meat fell off bone

                            Look up "Buck Buck Moose" by Hank Shaw. He has some great shank recipes. I like the Tunisian venison shanks, but there is also a great oso bucco and garlic shank recipe.
                            Have not done my nalgi yet, but the white tail come out awesome.
