Getting ready to put a compressor and accumulator on my truck. How hard is it to flush the condenser and evaporator core?

You can get a flush gun and the fluid at parts store. They rent the gun but you will need a fairly good size compressor to pressurize it and then blow it all out.
Your truck has an orifice tube so it is easier to flush than new models and you do not need to replace the condenser.
Just make sure to replace the tube and the accumulator and flush all hoses too

Remove orifice tube prior to flushing. I use to use spray brake clean, follw up with alcohol. Blow through with shop air & rubber tip air gun. Assemble, vacuume, add oil, charge.
