    Battery powered leaf blower???

I'm tired of dragging a cord behind my leaf blower. Do y'all have any suggestions on which one to buy?

Dewalt...I have one and it works great.....I think it works as well as the gas powered Sthil I have at the shop.

Milwaukee has the best one I have seen. I know several people that own them and they love them. They even offer a mini handheld blower as well

Same. My roommate bought the dewalt set of the blower and trimmer and they work great but I always grew up using a commercial grade echo backpack blower and trimmer so it's a bit lack luster for me.

If you have a smaller yard then it should handle just about anything you throw at it.

              x2 on this.

If you have other Dewalt battery powered tools its really a no brainer to get the leaf blower too.

Consider this with the Milwaukee. The batteries are the same that will work with their power tools. So if you have a Milwaukee cordless/hammer drill, band saw, jig saw or sawzall. It is the same batteries. There are 12V and 18V options. The 12V is a little smaller and compact. The 18V deliver more power and longer and is larger than the 12V. This current generation of cordless power tools are amazing. Batteries/technology have come very far.
You can buy the tool without a battery, because you have them for your drill and other tools...right? This usually saves about $99 to the cost of the tool.
Check out the Milwaukee line. I think you'll like it.

I just purchased the ryobi from Home Depot and love it. I researched them online and liked the fact that they use the same 18 volt battery as my drill. They have several models the key to moving debris with a blower is not all about wind speed it is more about the cfm's I don't have the exact model I bought but it had the highest cfms for that manufacture in 18 volts.

I love not having to fire up a gas blower when I want to clear out the garage, blow off the back deck or clear the sidewalk after mowing.

I have a 2 speed Ego and could not be happier with it. Have owned 2 or 3 gas powered over the years and this Ego is more powerful.

Dewalt makes at least 4 different blowers. Skip the smallest $99 20v, it’s for blowing off tools and truck beds. The 20v Brushless model is comparable to the corded blowers I’ve used. Ideal for blowing off your driveway, deck, sidewalks, etc. Lightweight and the battery lasts over 30 minutes.

Their 40v and 60v tools are comparable to a gas blower. This is what I’d go with for blowing out gutters, wet leaves in grass, etc. The 40v is designed for landscape crews so it will have a longer run time. The 60v will be even more powerful but only last around 15 minutes on a battery.

I have the 40V ryobi along with the mower, weed eater with expand it line edger, Bush trimmer, pole saw and even the 14" chainsaw. All work off the 40V batterys. No gas issues or oil problems just pull the trigger and go. Granted im only doing my yard and not trying to run a lawn business with em they work fine.

Same here. I have most of their 18V tools and have been very happy with them.
