TV Help

So I need some help with a TV issue.
About a 4 year old LG 55".
The picture keeps flashing on and off and doesn't quit.

Whats the problem and how do I fix it?

Had it happen to an old plasma I had. It was a board inside the TV that went bad. Probably what you’re dealing with

^^^^ Yes, These TV are more like computers than TVs of old.
I am not one that purchases extended warranties on anything. Flat screen TV's are the one exception. They have a average life of ~4 years around my house and things go out. Guns on the screen, Power boards, etc. I am on my 3rd one from Best Buy and every time it is the same thing. Notice a problem, Call them up, Tech comes to the house to review, go to store and pick out new TV, they deliver and remove the old one. Every one has been an upgraded model. Money well spent.
First 2 were Samsung and the third is a Sony.
(BB said Sony is higher quality control - we will see)
