Can anyone tell me about the Trail Life USA program for boys?

I have been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for a large portion of my life. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with the direction they have taken that program. I am no longer associated with them and have dropped my lifetime membership due to their current policy changes. That said, I would like to get my son involved in another organization for Boys and Young men. Do any of you have experience with Trail Life USA? Perhaps you can relay some info for those of us who feel similarly about BSA. Thank you, Matt
