          Worked on them for about 30 years.
          Without looking at live data I'm gonna guess either a bad MAF sensor or an intake tract leak.

                I had the same code on my car. I think it's P0171 and started some looking. I found that the hose from the back of the air filter box to the motor had a big hole in it where it clamps to the motor. I'm hoping that's what is causing it and the part should be here Monday.

                    Happened to mine. I replaced the MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. Solved the problem for a few day's then SEL came on again. Searched again and found a hose had come disconnected and was allowing unmetered air into the intake. I reconnected the hose and THAT fixed it. No issue since.

                          Check your hoses. I had a hole in the hose from the air filter box to the turbo and it caused the light to go one. When I put the new hose on the light went out. You may have a vacuum leak somewhere else too.
