    Another snake I.D.

I am usually good at indentifying snakes but this one has me puzzled. I tried searching on the internet and couldn't find anything. What do you think Green Screen snake experts think? The snake was about 14" long and was on Galveston Island. Almost looks like a speckled kingsnake had a fling with a garter snake.

Cool snake! Looks like a lizard without legs.

It’s called a glass lizard or snake.

Dang beat me to it. I've never seen one in real life but that's cool.

The glass snakes I have seen have all been in Galveston County and it has been a long time since I have seen one.
