    Deer feeder leg question

I'm refurbishing an old feeder that has 2 inch square tubing brackets attached to the barrel. I'm having a hard time finding the necked down square tubing that will slide into the brackets. Any other options that y'all have had experience with? Thanks

You can you use pipe...."square peg/round hole"

I just use pipe with a large enough inside diameter to cover the square tubing. If hogs are around a heavier duty leg is a plus if feeder is outside of a feed pen.

I have a couple of old feeders and they have the next smallest square tubing size than the brackets attached to the feeder. I think 1.5 inch on the feeder 1 inch legs.

Like Antlers86 or sq tubing that goes over

That only works for a Patty Melt at whataburger

But depending on the wall thickness of the 2", 1.5" tubing should slide in. I've only made one with tubing that the leg actually fit into the feeder bracket. All the others I always used smaller tube into the leg tube.
