I have a list a mile long but I do my best to scratch them off when I can. If I had to put down one right now that’s not on my radar:
Lord Derby Eland—with a bow!
Hasn’t been done very many times that I know of. One awesome critter.

As crazy as it sounds, feral cattle in Patagonia. Saw a hunting show featuring these things awhile back. They are some bad boys.
