    Which push mower to buy?

I just picked up 3 yards that my scag walk-behind will not fit through the back gate. I don't really need self-propelled as most of the time it takes longer than a regular push mower. I have narrowed it down to two choices, a husqvarna 7021 3-n-1(Mulch, bag, or discharge) with the honda engine for 299.00, or the Honda Hrr with self propelled and 3-n-1 as well. It runs 399.99. A honda motor is a necessity, any other options or opinions? The mower will also be used to mow wet patches in yards, and steep ditches so i do not have to weedeat them. They have the same motors exact motors as well. What do y'all think?

My definition of a real mower is a zero turn and i have two 48"bad boys for that Now if you're talking about a reel mower, then that is a different story that my daddy always used to tell me lol!

I knew I was old but you didn't have to rub it in! Haaa. My son cuts the grass now and it's a blast watching him push that thing!

Ahh, yeah you must be old if you enjoy the pain of a child pushing a mower without a mower lmao

I bought a Craftsman from Lowes back in July. It spent two full days completely submerged in water when my house flooded during Harvey. Drained gas and oil, refill and repeat a few times. Still running and mowing. Just mowed my grass with it this week. That's pretty durable if you ask me..

Get the real Honda. It's going to have better all-around construction. Have sold them at Home Depot for 22 years. They last and last. Only mowers we sell with ANY commercial-use warranty (90 days -- which equates to about 10 years of homeowner use). Difference will show up in things like wheels lasting and handles not falling apart.

I've got the Husq and will buy another. Same engine as the Honda.

I saw that the internals are much stronger as well. It’s nice to have longevity for $100 more! Just wanted to make sure that there wasn’t anything over the top on the husqvarna!
