We are in full remodel on the bathroom. I got the old cast iron tub removed today. We are going back with a walk in shower and have it accessible for wheelchairs. Without getting too dramatic on reconstruction, can the vent pipe be moved out of the way fairly easily? It is the copper pipe that is about 1-1/4" diameter that is now in the way. We planned on relocating the hot/cold water and drain closer to the center. How hard will it be to remove the 1-1/4" vent? Can we 90 at bottom and run towards the wall with water fittings, run through ceiling and then 90 to the original exit the roof? I am going to valling a plumber for the work, just like a heads up on what I am possibly looking at. For some reason the pic is loaded sideways. How do I fix?
