While I dont like those little house dogs, some people do. If she spent money, it should be papered, vaccinated, wormed and certified clear of defects. Many of these small breeds can have genetic problems. She should have gotten a 72hr. Grace period to have it checked out, if it’s “faulty”, she can get her money back.
