Was it this much outrage when the land was taken from the natives?

I have not seen in any article or news broadcast where the word "unused" has been mentioned. Not one time, so i guess every news article and freelance writer must be conspiring against this new president.
I'll keep looking and maybe I'll find it mentioned somewhere

        Bill of Rights

People who say our constitution is an outdated document should take notice. The bill of rights is the reason something like this can’t happen in the US. Regardless of how many unintelligent/racist people say, “White people are bad,” or “Black people don’t want to work,” our constitution (more specifically the bill of rights) prevents the country from making laws specifically for certain races.

So again, when people say the constitution/bill of rights (for example the 2nd amendment) isn’t applicable to the 21st century you have a country you can point at.

In the 1600,s when the whites started settling South Africa there was very few villages in the country due to water.
The natives could not survive the seasonal droughts as they did not have the ability or desire to drill for water

Have yet to find anything specific on "unused" farms, but did come across stuff like this several times:

"South Africa's new president, Cyril Ramaphosa, said he would speed up the transfer of land from white to black owners after his inauguration two weeks ago.

But he stressed it must be conducted in a manner which preserved food production and security.

Speaking to the National Council of Provinces in televised remarks earlier this week, Mr Ramaphosa said he wants talks on the contentious topic to avoid panic."

Seems this won't be as much of a free for all as some thought. Sounds like he's given himself an excuse not to take a bunch of farms and land. We all know food production will be negatively affected by mass land grabs. This will allow him to garner votes, yet not take much action. Another thing to consider, many farms are heavily leveraged by bank loans. What happens to the financial economy if all these banks have to take the hit for uncompensated land grabs? As much as there are a lot of idiots in the world, I am confident this won't happen. Could be wrong, but I have no plans to change my hunt. One thing I will say, if this affects the hunting industry due to "panic" among hunters, there will be a lot of great deals to be had. A lot of discounted hunts for those of us not panicking

Its all BS, and for the guys saying you can kill everything in Texas, have fun paying 5X as much sitting in a box stand looking at a feeder. might as well go ahead and book your elk hunt for east Texas as well, For me I'm booked on my Second safari this August and am going to have a **** good time.

While I don’t share your thoughts on Texas exotic hunting, I am absolutely STOKED for Africa in May.

Probably because they were nomadic. If they were living apparently they knew how to survive.

Looks like Australia wants these farmers more than South Africa does:

If all these farmers up and leave I'd not be surprised to see SA wind up as a 3rd world ****hole in short order.
