Ruidoso, NM Snow?

I have the opportunity to stay with some friends at a condo they rented in 2wks. Is there currently enough snow to ski? I tried to search the google but I didnt get a clear answer.

Just Google the ski lift there it should tell you the base and what runs are open. I think they have a lot of man made snow there.

I know they were getting snow a bit ago according to my uncles post on book of faces.

Go to ski apaches website and they will tell you. We skied there a few weekends ago and about half the slopes were open which was good enough for us. I know they have had more snow and more slopes opened since.

They will have snow. It might be brown snow but you may be able to ski on it.

I left there Tuesday and no snow anywhere around Ruidoso or in the Reservation as I was lion hunting. Very dry and windy. There was some snow on the mountain but not sure of skiing conditions because I did not care. I would think that the snow totals this year are the lowest in many years.
I stayed on a ranch near Lincoln and they had not had any snow all year.

The site was down yesterday. Last week they were about 75% open trails. Some good black runs were open.

Coworker just came back from there this weekend. She has a house out there. Majority of the runs are open. They just got quite a bit of snow in the last couple weeks.

Never had that issue. Up until the recent snow they only advertised 4 trails open. I rode them. LOL.

Website is still down, however you can access the webcam from the ski New Mexico snow report. Looks very good. Seems they got some very recently as the main area is covered on the concrete.
