So I have always paid not only on-time but about 3 weeks ahead of time. So my 2-1-18 payment was lost so I put a stop payment on it and resent it and my 2-15-18 as well as my 3-1-18 payment. This morning I get all my payments sent back to me with a letter stating they would not accept any payments from "any" personal account due to me stopping payment on a check. I'm guessing the lost payment finally arrived. So what floors me is they sent back 3 good payments. That is just unbelievably convoluted to me.

I have direct payroll deposit from my employer. AG got it messed up once where my direct payroll payment was deposited in another CS account then they claimed I never sent payment. Hahahaha. Payroll at work said different. Issue was resolved after a few wks. -
The most incompetent division of our state government. That's all I have to say.
