                    Great write up fellas.

Whose cooker? Was it made or purchased.
                    I like that set up.

Looking forward to chasing antelope with the F.A.R.T. crew next season. This hunt is basically that same F.A.R.T. crew but in the RGV and the younger kids shoot nilgai You have all seen the pics of Bens Grandpa's slice of paradise in New Mexico. Its a good time at either ranch.

You guys REALLY need to come up with a clever name if this is going to regular deal... I'm the last guy to suggest that also adding a follow along live hunt would be nice. I post on my phone here on tbh when I'm out in the sticks but it's only when back at the fire & only do any sort of pics & such back at home at the pc.

                        Just a thought amigos.

I sure hope Y'all thought about local Nilgai Antelope processing? There ain't nothing better than Nilgai made Chorizo down there, with processors who work tons of these animals annually. Nilgai chorizo, from Nilgai processing country processors - it's the foundation of craploads of dishes and stuffings! And those boys and girls, know exactly how to steak, prep and process these unique massive cuts of meat.

Farmdog knows.............he probably teethed on some Nilgai sinew back in OUR day! Legdog was still crapping diapers when Mark and I entertained the ladies as tow headed infants down under in the RGV region - SON!
