    They are interchangeable in proper grammar. Some feel one sided conversations you should use "talk to" and conversations with 2 or more should be "talk with". But the truth is it doesn't matter. I am in engineer not an English teacher, so I could be wrong.

    And to me it's definitely RIDE a motorcycle. You ride a bicycle, you ride a horse, you ride a motorcycle. However some argue if it's a street motorcycle you drive it, because you follow traffic laws on the road similar to a car. I still insist it's ride .

          If you are directing someone you are talking TO them.

          If you are having a conversation with someone you are talking WITH them.

            If you talked with them you would be interrupting them and they would be interrupting you and neither of you would “listening to” each other
