Texantax Meat Processing - Tomball

I just picked up a good size load of meat from Texantax. Boudin, pepper jack sausage, regular sausage, and burger! I was very impressed with all of it, but the pepper jack sausage and boudin were out of this world good!

I hadn’t found a place locally that makes good boudin until now!

Dropped a bobcat off for taxi work last wknd and came home with a couple links of Jalapeno/Cheese sausage and ground venison! Let's just say it's all gone and I wish it was deer season so I could have one processed! Excellent quality!
