I don't even like driving but everything I like to do is few hours away from me. Takes almost 3 hours to go hunt, 3 hours to the coast, etc..
About 5-6 hours...or depending on the value of the item being purchased

Many times more than my normal route is too far. Buying or selling I typically figure in at least $50, whether it is in insurance or fuel. I don't sell much anymore but do have a few guns coming up soon for tbh express or FTF on my weekly sales route.

If it isn’t easy then it’s too far for me. But I’ve done half a dozen TBH expresses for others so hope that one day when I need it the favor will be returned

That’s funny. I have the same luck with things I want being around Houston.

Depends on the deal. I drove 16 hours (round trip) to pick up a smoker last year. It was a smokin’ deal[emoji6]

Time is $ right. Unless I'm headed that way it has to be a good enough deal to make it worth the drive.
If I value my time at x amount an HR then that trip better save me that much plus fuel less than I can buy from someone else.

I've driven 4 hours for a deal hen saw stuff I wanted but wouldn't drive other side of Houston because it wasn't worth an HR each way I would have bought if he lived in Tomball etc

I didn't take those classes. I took the important ones like machine shop, lunch and typing.

The drop off point got changed after I had already left the house. To top it off, my wife and granddaughter wanted to stop and get something to eat. So I pretty much went negative on the transaction.

if its a good deal to me, distance is a non issue! I'm always up for a road trip!
