Sticker Sighting Downtown Austin

Black Dodge 4 door truck. Had a green TBH sticker. Today around noon in a State Employee parking garage at 13th and San Jacinto (Capitol complex).

I've parked in that garage for several years now and have never seen a sticker on any vehicle there. New state employee maybe??? Or just a visitor parking where they shouldn't

The truck is there again this morning. Only now it actually has a state employee sticker on it. Maybe a fellow TBH'er just started working for the state??

Anyone???? I don't want to have to leave a note on this truck

Wish I was still in Kyle closer to my lease, just moved out from there to this big city.
