When I was deployed I went weeks at a time without talking to the folks back home. As others have said, no news is good news.... That being said he could very well be in River City.

Glad to hear he is doing good. Thank him for his service. A good friend of mine has a son that will be deploying next week. I watched this young man grow up and to say I am worried is an understatement. I pray daily for all deployed to return home safely
