Big Hog hit by car in Atascocita

I was coming home from work and noticed this big hog in the median of Westlake Houston Dr. South of 1960 and North of Beltway 8.

He had to weigh around 250+ (picture may not show it as it is from a cell phone) Good Tusks!

RJK70 was the "Free Pig" sign still up when you took the pic? I was driving home around 5:15 and it was there.

That is wild! It is amazing what is crawling around right behind the house!

Dang big pig. One was his by my house that was bigger than that last year. I thought that as hard as they are to kill. I can't immagine what it would do to a car ot truck.

That left a mark on the car/truck you can count on it! I have seen hogs and Havi's darn near flip a full size truck when hit on the road.

Yeah, I saw it there on my way home about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. It looked like somebody had moved it around because it was laying crossways with it's tail to me, so I didn't see the tusks.
I always see hogs and deer in those drainage ditches near the lake....figured it was just a matter of time until one got hit.
